You can find products in different ways in our webshop. If you are looking for a specific product, you can easily find it by clicking on the magnifying glass at the top of the bank and using the search engine. You can also choose a product category in the webshop on the right-hand side, so that you can find exactly what you are looking for.

We ship our products to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and England. In the Netherlands the shipping costs are € 6.25. Shipping to Belgium and Germany amounts to € 10.45 and to England € 17.50.

Why doesn’t work the Track and Trace number of my order?2019-07-18T13:08:28+02:00

If your track & trace number still does not work on the same day, it may be that the shipment has not yet been picked up by the carrier. It is advisable to try again the next day.

What happens to the delivery of my package when I am not at home?2019-07-18T13:24:46+02:00

If possible we will send your package by envelope. In this case you do not have to be home to take your order, but it will be delivered to your mailbox.
If we send you a package and you are not at home to receive the package, the package will be offered again by the carrier.
If you are not at home again, you will receive a message from the delivery person, and you can pick up your package at the collection point on the message.
